As at 3rd August 2009 the Divisional Planning Office Northern Ireland are increasing their fee of charges.

Some of the fees are listed below:

• ·         Outline application :               £230.00 for each 0.1hectare of the site area subject to a maximum of £9,200.00
• ·         Errection of dwelling house :   £633.00 For one dwellinghouse & £230.00 for each additional dwellinghouse up to maximum of £11,500.00
• ·         Extension dwellinghouse : £259.00
